DQ Type Pneumatic Monorail CraneDQ series pneumatic monorail crane is mainly used for the transportation of materials and accessories in the underground roadway of coal mine to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
The pneumatic monorail crane is equipped with a pneumatic drive device to hang the goods on the bearing trolley. The equipment can transport materials and equipment accessories along the type 140E or its modified suspension rail in the roadway. The drive of the equipment is realized by two driving motors. Then the supply of high pressure air is stopped. At the same time, the lock mechanism equipped with itself can hold the brake immediately.
The length of each track is 3.015 m. The two ends are connected by the pin shaft, connected by the hanging assembly and the end thread of the anchor rod, or hung by the clamp-plate or U-shaped bolt on the I-steel or U-shaped shed.
The equipment is controlled by the operating handle, which is suspended on the pipe road, and controls the movement of the drive wheels pressed on both sides of the I-shaped suspension rail, which can travel and stop. In the middle of the equipment, there are two sports cars hung with pneumatic hoist, which can lift heavy objects and send the materials to the designated position with the sports car.

The pneumatic monorail crane is powered by compressed air to promote the gas motor to rotate at high speed. After the variable speed <reducing speed>, increasing the torque, driving the drive clamp wheel rotation, rolling along the facade of the hanging rail, and can travel with the track level, turning, and itching up and down. Their respective functions are:
1.The auxiliary brake device component is a supplement to the operation of the pneumatic monorail crane except for the main brake inside the motor

2.The connecting body is the key part to ensure the tractor, the sliding trolley and the connecting rod; the connecting rod is to control the distance between the pulley and the tractor.

4.Gas circuit control system is to realize the tractor mechanism forward, backward, brake command control system.
5.Sliding car is a car bearing the weight and moving with the track.

Installation and debugging
(one). Preparation before installation
1. Before installation, the appearance of all parts of the equipment shall be carefully checked without collision, deformation or damage.
2. Check whether each transmission part is flexible and reliable before going into the well.
3. Check the installation site in advance. The anchor rod or top beam of the hanging point should be fixed firmly and reliably, without serious deformation and damage, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
4. During transportation, the equipment should be fixed firmly to prevent the equipment damage during transportation.
(two.) Installation and debugging
1. Remove the nose protective cover, open the brake plate by tightening the pretension bolt of the brake arm, hang reliably on the anchor lifting point with a thousand pull, lift the nose, and push the pneumatic monorail into the track through the drive wheel. The two small sports cars and the rear lock device, installed on the track.
2. Use a special wrench to jam the flat bayonet in the middle of the pre-tightening bolt, and cooperate with the special sleeve wrench to twist the loose and tighten the pre-tightened bolt (M16). When the pretension bolt of the walking wheel is released, the pneumatic monorail crane can walk freely in the track alone.
3. Open the lock controller to supply gas to the brake cylinder and walking motor at the same time. The brake cylinder will shrink to open the brake plate and make it away from the track surface. Repeated adjustment to ensure that the lock, the lock are in the best state, no block.
4. Brake operation: When the lever returns to zero, the quick vent valve will open, the brake cylinder extends, the brake spring will open, and the brake disc will be closed and locked.
5. Walking wheel clamping: when the pneumatic monorail crane works, the compressed air is transported to the pneumatic motor through the control box, and the motor rotates. Tighten the drive wheel clamp bolt (M27) until the walking wheel stops turning under full pressure.
6. Push the lifting car into the rail, install the pneumatic hoist, pin each component pin to prevent loosening, operate and control the handle, and mediate the rise and fall of the pneumatic hoist.
7. During commissioning, the operator shall not be more than 5 meters away from the walking device.
If the above steps are normal, the equipment can be put into production.
5. Use and operation
1. Check whether the hanging parts are reliably and firmly connected before use.
2 Check whether the connecting pin between the track is normal, and shall have no loosening, deformation or damage.
3. Fix the materials, equipment and parts to be transported and hang them on the pneumatic gourd hook.
4. Press the rise button to make the material off the ground. Note not to raise too high. Generally, less than 400mm, then hang the mounting rope on the hook of the walking mechanism to prevent the assembly from rotating.
5. Long press the walking button to make it walk along the track. At this time, the operator must follow the workpiece, not exceeding 5 meters, in case the operation is out of control.
Vi. Maintenance and maintenance of daily inspection items
1. Check the working condition of the motor brake device
2. The state and integrity of the equipment, especially whether the operating device, shield and transmission box leak oil.
3. Check the link rod, including the associated fixing pins.
4. Check the working condition of the spring assembly
periodic maintenance
- Check the fastening bolts of the drive wheel clamping at least once a week, tighten and secure.
- Clean the air filter and lubricating oil at least once a week.
- Check the running status of the whole equipment at least once a week, including the fixation of the protective cover.
- Check and clean the motor brakes at least once per shift.
- Check the oil level at the injection port at least once every 2 weeks and fill lubricating oil if necessary.
- Check the drive wheel diameter and check its surface status at least once a month. The diameter of the drive wheel shall be the same, and the thickness of the wear place shall not exceed 8 mm. If the drive wheel diameter is less than 280 mm, a new drive wheel should be replaced.
- Fill lubricating oil to bearing wheel bearing, press frame pin and drive wheel bearing at least once a month.
matters need attention:
1. All inspection, repair, lubrication and oil injection operation shall be performed after the equipment stops entering high pressure air and the equipment pressure is released.
2. More comprehensive technical maintenance is required after 6-8 months of equipment operation, which should preferably be completed by the technical personnel of the factory.
3. The oil in the transmission box needs to be replaced after 1-2 years of equipment operation, preferably by the factory's technical personnel or professional technical personnel. But it shall not be replaced where the equipment is running.
4. Adjustment of equipment braking force and traction, the spring can withstand the maximum pressure of 29.2 kv. Spring compression of 55 mm meets equipment rated traction.
5. Under daily maintenance conditions, if the tightening bolts do not rust, it can guarantee the traction of at least 30000 cattle and 34000 cattle. The bolts are tightened with a torque wrench, and the torque is set at 3,000 Nm.
6. After the nut of the tightening bolt is adjusted, fix it with the anti-loosening nut!
